Always ride with an Apple Watch or other fall detection / 911 notification device. I crashed on the Explore. I went to the ground at low speed but hard fall, shoulder to the ground. My watch detected the fall and asked if I needed help. Thankfully I was riding with 2 friends and didnt need help. I was able to select: I’ve fallen but I dont need help. Nice to know there was an option if I needed help. 2 Weeks later still hurts to breathe. Dont be me.
